  • Definitions

    “The Customer” means any customer of Air Conditioning Sales (UK) Ltd and Gree Air Conditioning.

    “The Company” means Air Conditioning Sales (UK) Ltd and Gree Air Conditioning.

    “The Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods, service and any other work carried out by the company to the customer.

    “The Goods” means any goods forming the subject of the contract including parts, and/or materials incorporating in them. Title to all goods remains with the company until all balance payable in accordance with the invoice have been paid in full. The Company reserve the right to repossess all unpaid merchandise without the necessity of any legal actions.

    All delivery instructions shall be taken as correct at the time of order; specialist instructions must be received in writing.

    Any invoice discrepancies must be reported within seven days of the invoice date, otherwise the invoice shall be binding without change.

    The purchaser is responsible for inspection of all products upon receipt and notifying the Company of any problems within 2 working days.

  • Product Listings

    All prices, products, specifications, and services are subject to change without notice. Air conditioning units may arrive labelled Gree. Reasonable efforts have been made to compile these product listings as completely and accurately as possible, but there may be typographical mistakes or errors in content. Photographs provided on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the Product itself. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information contained on this web site. Deliveries, handling, and VAT are included in the prices shown. Quantities are limited and are available while supplies last.

  • Price And Payment

    The Contract price for the supply of Products shall be set out in the Confirmation. Payment of the Price shall be due on the date of the purchase order. Payment shall be made before the delivery date and time are confirmed. Payment for the Products can be made by any method shown on the website at the time the Buyer places an order.

    All prices, products, specifications, and services are subject to change without notice. Air conditioning units may arrive labelled Gree.   • Limitations of Liability

    No liability is assumed by the Company for damages and/or injury resulting from use of products supplied by this company. In no event will the Company be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss or use, products profits arising out of in connections with the use or performance of the Company or products supplied by the Company.

  • Warranties

    All air conditioning products are complete with a three year parts warranty only **.

    * Portable and Dehumidifier are an exception to the above 12 months parts warranty only.

    ** To receive the above warranty products must have installation documentation provided from an F-gas registered company and maintenance documentation to show that servicing has been done twice a year. Proof of this is required in order to claim the warranty parts.

  • Additional Warranty Clauses

    (a) The company warrants that the goods will remain free from defects in material at the time of shipment.

    (b) The companies obligation under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement (at the company opinion) of the goods supplied by the company, or parts thereof, and is exclusive of shipping costs and the cost of field labour for removing or reinstalling such parts or equipment.

    (c) The warranty will be void if the Customer has in anyway altered the settings or operation of the supplied goods, examination and results are at the discretion of the Company. The company’s decision is final.

    (d) The company can not be held responsible if the failure of new parts is caused by
    I. Customers equipment / electrical supply is at fault
    ii. Outside forces i.e. Storms, floods, power failure, theft etc.

    (d) The company only stand by the manufactures warranty relating to parts fitted, where the manufacture finds the parts failure caused by means other than the said parts being faulty, these costs will be forwarded to the Customer.

    (e) The company can not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss of business, produce, any electrical equipment, fixtures and fittings or any computer data which may be experienced whether or not the said equipment is under warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are adequately insured should such an event occur.

    (f) Warranties exclude glass, glass fittings, lighting tubes, seals, filters and batteries.
    Warranties also exclude poor / faulty installation techniques

    The Company can not be held responsible for warranties where installations were carried out by any person other than the Company or as recommended by the said company to include written confirmation received from the company.

  • Deliveries

    Customers can request delivery throughout the UK mainland*. The Company can not be held responsible for products being out of stock or delays in delivery. Every effort shall be made to advise the customer of any delays as soon as possible. A delay in deliveries shall not entitle the customer to refuse, postpone or cancel the delivery.

    Any failure to accept a delivery or provide adequate instructions at the time of the stated order shall bear all costs involved to include storage, return deliveries and restocking charges.

    Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, erecting, installation or start up of goods. Estimated delivery times can not be guaranteed.

    Please check goods for damage and sign the delivery note accordingly, once goods have been moved, damage claims cannot be considered.
    In the event of damage a copy of the delivery note signed by recipient and confirmed by letter to us within 5 days is required for a claim to be considered. Packing material and the item must be kept for our insurers to examine.

    Deliveries prices are confined to the UK mainland. Deliveries charges to Europe and the rest of the world are available on request.

  • Passing of Risk

    In the case of a contract for the supply of Goods only risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

  • Cancellation of Orders

    The Customer shall not be entitled to cancel an order which has been accepted by the Company so as to bring into existence the Contract. If the Customer notifies the Company in writing prior to the commencement of fabrication of the units involved the Company will not arrange the manufacturer but the Customer shall reimburse the Company of any loss of profits and all costs, charges and expenses incurred to be incurred by the Company in respect of the Contract.

  • Return Policy

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are ordering the correct product(s) for their requirements. The product listings indicate the vendor product numbers so that customers may contact vendors if they require specific product information.

    Refunds for return merchandise will be at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is lower, less a 20% restocking fee. Delivery and Uplift charges will not be refunded

  • General

    All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders cancelled may incur a charge. All good are sold subject to our standard conditionings of sale.

    Breech of Contract by or Insolvency of the Customer

    The Company (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have against the Customer) may cancel or suspend any further performance of the Contract or by notice in writing to the Customer terminate the Contract as it thinks fit. Notwithstanding any such suspension or termination, the Customer shall pay to the Company in accordance with the Contract for all the Goods dispatched by the Company prior thereto and all work in progress and loss of profit, liabilities and expenses in connection with the work carried out and overhead expenses.

  • Force Majeure

    The company shall not be responsible for delays’ or changes caused by industrial disputes, fire, embargoes, currency restrictions, shortage of transport, shortage of materials, restrictions in the use of power, and other problems that are beyond the company’s control, even if foreseeable in advance
